At MobiStyle.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be approved if it meets our return conditions.

  • Refunds are processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, based on your preference.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.
